I deal with Smith's regularly and have never been disappointed....excellent customer service...excellent quality....I highly recommend!!!!
Beautiful flowers. Other flower shops often cheap out. These were so nice and good quality. My best friend loved them.
Not very good service. Showed arrangements in cooler. Old flowers. Trying to tell me not. Arrangements were made 6 days ago. Really, not old?Ordered flowers anyway because she said fresh flowers coming. Asked for her to send pic of arrangement before going out. No pic. Had to call the next day to see if was delivered and pic. Arrangement looked like still repurposed older flowers. Roses opened to much for fresh. Very disappointed for $70.
I called in a phone order last minute for a next day delivery. I was really vague and basically described the recipient and then told them everything I didn't want in the bouquet. They did an incredible job - the recipient was delighted and I certainly could not have selected a lovelier bouquet had I been there to choose myself.
Overall very pleasant and accommodating!! I went to Smith's after a bad experience at Twigs in Tillsonburg...walked in needing a bouquet in a week, and another two weeks later. The designer looked at a few pictures I had and after I described what I would need and what I did and didn't like, she quoted me a very reasonable price (considerably lower than Twigs) along with tons of helpful advice and recommendations. Flowers were ready within four days and can't wait to see them!!!
