Staples provided me with a new laptop at a great sale price. The transfer of info from my old unit and the install of everything new was a Godsend to me. All my questions were patiently answered and I have a 2 year package to return with any issues. Very HAPPY!!!!!
Friendly staff for the most part. Sometimes the copy center has people that arent sure how to work the printers so if you need something ASAP know you may have to give them a few moments to sort things out. I recommend sending to print online and just picking up in store that way you arent waiting around :) store has never been very full so its nice to have workers that are free to help you though youll have to go look for them.
Alissa at the Woodstock Staples store is very knowledgeable. She was very helpful when I brought in a special laminating project. Alissa is very detail oriented and made sure to explain all of the options that were available so that I could make an informed decision. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. The best place for back to school deals. Also a great place to buy a computer I have purchased 3 computers from this location Even though this is a "big box store" it still has the small town feeling of Woodstock.
