The new gym is amazing! Great equipment and programs. And staff are outstanding and friendly. Extremely reccoment for anyone looking for a gym!

This is a new building and nice, shiny new equipment. Unfortunately, their incessant membership drives mean that it's difficult to get at most of the shiny new equipment. I frequently leave the building without having completed my workout.Thank goodness, I work in kitchener and am able to find less busy locations after work.
Great atmosphere w friendly staff. A big attraction for me is the steam room, however my heart breaks often as it seems to be shut down for maintenance a lot...The womens gym and hot yoga are a nice attraction as well!
Beautiful, well-equipped club. Staff are friendly, but especially the overnight staff. They really make us insomniac gym rats feel welcome.
