Was surprised that I found what turned out to be a hard to find bolt here. Even went to the so called experts on fasteners and they didn't have it. Thought that TSC was a last resort, but next time I will go there first.
Always a big fight to return anyting. I perchased a tractor batery from them it was junk in a year they wouldnt extrange or warenty it. Even tho the battery sais right on it 60 month warnty
Absolutely the worst TSC Ive ever been too. The new manager aron, you would expect to be better than the old, but instead he is absolutely AWFUL at his job. Firstly, he takes forever to get to you when you have an issue, secondly he never has any interest in helping his staff when they need. There was a huge line up and one girl on cash, who seemed newer, and he never bothered to help, finished what he was doing then left. Also, the other store manager i assume, can NEVER be bothered to help his staff or customers, and when asked for help he makes sure you know youve bothered him. He spends more time staring at his phone than helping customers clearly in need of assistance. Until they find new management, I will not be returning! And I used to spend a LARGE amount at the store for my business.
Very friendly and helpful. They had free packs of seeds that we could go through and pick a few to take home.
Not very organized when I went there for feed for my horse. No variety either. I've been to other TSC's and they are a lot more organized and have more selection.
