Really fantastic staff!
To the editor:of the Woodstock Sentential ReviewI dont know where to start this so I am going to just type and you can figure out what I am trying to say. BUT it all begins with Pharmasave and Woodstock Medical Center how they saved my life................Where in this town can you go and walk in really and they Know you by name age sex and what medicines you are on with out looking on the computer. That would be Pharmasave Springbank, in Woodstock, ONI WAS a very sick women from health problems to addictions. I moved from my home town of Welland ON to Woodstock on in 2012 to start over and get healthy and clean, a decision my husband made, he said either the life you live in Welland, or a new clean life with me forever in Woodstock, he gave me two days to pack up my house for our new adventure. So the moving day came, half my stuff left behind, but a new life was starting, we moved into a motel until we got our apartment. While at the hotel I asked about a pharmacist, they remanded Jackie at Pharmasave on Springbank Ave. Boy oh boy, what a change from Welland, he wanted the whole history actually cared! Couldnt believe it, a pharmacist that wanted to know doctors, medicines, health addictions, pretty much everything about me, I was amazed, thats when I knew I was going to get better. Jackie recommended the community health center in Woodstock, and I was in within 3 weeks. This is was unbelievable, a pharmacist who cared enough to get you help into a health center when millions are waiting for a doctor. Jackie even drives in snow storms to bring you your meds. Their closed Sundays and Edward (the owner) gives you his personal cell number to call on a Sunday if it is a emergency and you need something. They don't make anything extra giving you flu shots or vitamin B12, they actually lose money but it is a service they offer to their patients, (Like me) they still do it, I can truly say In my travels and everywhere I have lived I have never in my life so far had a place like this take care of my meds and even care about my medical needs, they even just listen to you on the phone if you are having a bad day , and just need a ear to talk to. Angie the assistant is also so amazing, with her freaking hairstyles, to her warm and loving smile, to her great hugs when you go in and having just one of those days. This story is just not about Pharmasave but also about my medical team, at woodstock medical center I have cleared HEP C, stop drinking stop doing drugs, and it was all because of all of them: Edward Odumodu (owner), Jackie and of course Angie. They are always ear to listen to you no matter if it has to do with your medical or not, they love to hear from you positive or negative. They have big shoulders and will help you in anyway they can.I see a physicist through province care in Kingston and they keep in close contact with me regarding my meds releases anything to do with my health and well-being, NOW THATS GOING ON BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!For a year I traveled Ontario, and just couldnt get the right place for my meds I would call them and had my answers even through I wasn't a patient any longer. My husband and I are very grateful for all of you, my husband truly believes without all your love support help and caring I wouldn't be the person I am today, or even alive.So if you need a pharmacy, Pharmasave is the place to go, Jackie, Edward, Angie, are the team, I would like to add a warm welcoming to the newest member Michelle to the team.
