I really wish they had longer hours instead of closing at 8. We live in a city with a fairly large population which a lot of people rely on the store to be open a bit later in case they need a last minute item or an emergency item in the evening. 9pm would be an acceptable time to close, at least in the summer which would be real nice.
Horrible layout. I can't find anything here and no one is ever around to help. The cashiers are nice though
They usually have what I want but are pretty pricey. There sales are great though. I love it that they have the cheapest gasoline in Woodstock and area too. Go Canadian Tire.
Large store, staff are sometimes hard to find but willing to help once you do. Excellent website shows what they have in stock and where it is located
Worse customer service ever!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour by their customer service desk ladies. Wanted to return an item that I was unhappy with but because I had opened the box to try the item the staff did not wish to give me a refund and would only agree to do so if her manager approved it (which he did immediately as soon as he greeted me and had one look at the product/box). The manager immediately asked the lady to refund me but she refused to take direction from her own manager to help me, because I had asked for a manger to resolve the matter since she wasnt willing to refund me initially. The ladies at the desk yelled at me, called me names and assaulted me with the box I had returned (threw the box in my direction missing me by a few inches, all because they didnt want to give me a refund and werent getting their way). I will never go back to this store again. Unacceptable treatment by the staff regardless of who was right or wrong. You have your jobs because customers spend money at your store. These old ladies are completely clueless and have zero knowledge of what it means to remain professional and service customers who are the main reason why they have jobs!!!! You should be mopping floors and cleaning toilets as clearly you have no business working in customer service.
